The standard security deposit is subject to change based on screening results; however, the total required deposit will never exceed any legally permitted maximum. Residents may also be required to maintain renter's insurance in accordance with the lease. Residents are responsible for damage that exceeds ordinary wear and tear. Some items may be taxed under applicable law. This form does not modify the lease. Additional fees may apply in specific circumstances as outlined in the application and/or lease agreement, which can be reviewed prior to the application process. All fees are governed by the terms of the application and lease.
